Welcome to peekmeek.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from PEEKMEEK. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and pricing

• We sell whole spices and fresh blended masala. Product images are for illustration, and small differences in colour or appearance may occur.
• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Weights and pack sizes are shown on each product page.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Placing an order

• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.
• Fresh Live Masala is blended after you order. Blending starts once your order is confirmed.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify your payment or delivery details. We will refund any amount already paid in that case.

4. Payment

We confirm the payment method and process with you when you place your order, by WhatsApp or email. Online payment through a payment provider will be added later, and we will update these Terms at that time. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for a business account.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available to the locations we serve. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before dispatch. Delivery charges and the free delivery threshold are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change due to courier delays, weather or public holidays.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our cancellation, return and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Live streams

Our live blending streams are provided for information and transparency. Stream times are not guaranteed, and we may stop, pause or change a stream at any time. Please do not record or redistribute our streams without written permission.

8. Business and HoReCa orders

Orders from restaurants, hotels, cafés and caterers may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities and payment terms. These are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) and apply to that order.

9. Food safety and use

Our products are food items. Please store them in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and sunlight, and check the use-by or best-before information on the pack. If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, check the ingredients before use.

10. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without permission, introducing malicious code, copying content for commercial use without permission, or placing orders that are fraudulent or false.

11. Intellectual property

The PEEKMEEK name, logo, product designs, photos, videos and written content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

12. Third-party links and services

Our site links to third-party services such as YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and, once available, payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
