PEEKMEEK (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use peekmeek.com, place an order, contact us, join our WhatsApp channel, or watch our live streams, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

• Your order history, including products, quantities and amounts paid
• Messages you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp
• For business customers: business name, GST number and billing address, if you provide them

• IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited
• Cart and wishlist contents, stored through cookies (see section 7)

c) Payment information

We do not store full card, UPI or bank details. When online payments are available on our website, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own security and privacy terms, and we will update this policy at that time.

d) Live stream and filming

Our live blending streams show our premises, equipment and staff. We do not show customers in our streams. If a customer is ever visible, we will ask for their permission first. Recordings of staff are used only for our business and the stream.

We use your personal data:

• To process, pack, deliver and confirm your orders
• To send order updates, invoices, delivery notices and refund confirmations
• To answer your questions and handle complaints
• To keep tax, accounting and legal records as required by Indian law
• To improve our website, products and customer service
• To send marketing messages, but only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.

We ask for your consent before collecting personal data that is not needed to deliver your order, and before sending marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or replying STOP on WhatsApp. Withdrawing consent does not affect orders already placed.

• Delivery and courier partners, to deliver your order
• Payment service providers, to process your payment, once online payments are available
• Website hosting, email and customer support providers, under confidentiality terms
• Government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law
• A buyer or successor, if PEEKMEEK is sold or merged. In that case, you will be notified.

Our website and customer records are hosted on servers that may be located outside India. Where data is transferred abroad, we make sure the receiving service provider protects it in line with applicable Indian law and our contractual obligations.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Essential cookies are needed for the cart and checkout to work. Other cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop the cart from working.
